This is for pickup at Ammazza Edgewood on Saturday September 21st 900-1030am! They are sold frozen and up to you to bake! thankfully that part is very very easy!

contains 7 medium biscuits in a 9 inch round tin.

Ingredients: white lily all purpose flour, kosher salt, baking powder, baking soda, plugra butter, whole buttermilk

Instructions for Baking:

  1. pull straight from freezer, do not thaw!

  2. brush tops of biscuits with melted butter

  3. bake biscuits at 415 (425 for electric ovens ) for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.

    *If biscuits are browning quickly, turn your oven down 10-15 degrees- your oven runs hot! biscuit/pastry baking is a great time to invest in an oven thermometer!!!
